Firm History

After entering the accounting industry in 1977 and spending nine and a half years with the Internal Revenue Service, first as a Revenue Agent (Field Audit) and then as a Special Agent (Criminal Investigation), I worked for a small CPA firm and did consulting work until stepping out on my own as a sole practitioner in 1992.  Our firm now has two full-time employees; both qualified bookkeepers proficient in the use of various other computer software programs.

After beginning to work with clients using QuickBooks in 1997, I joined Intuit’s Professional Advisor Program and became a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.  In late 1999, I joined the Peachtree Partners Program so that we now specialize in working with small to medium size businesses using QuickBooks and Peachtree.
